Baker

Responsibilities

- Prepare and produce all bakery items
- Work with Pastry Chef to ensure smooth running of the central kitchen
- Maintain a high standard of quality for all food items
- Assist the training, development and performance evaluation/mentoring of team members
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness, safety and food hygiene
- Follow SOPs set by the Company in food preparation

Requirements

- Artisan bread baker with at least 3 years of working experience.
- Strong sense of responsibility to maintain company’s standards of food quality and cleanliness.
- Enjoy working in a fast paced kitchen environment and able to think fast.
- Work independently whilst being able to follow recipes and instructions.

 

Bakery Sales

Responsibilities

- Deliver excellent customer services and ensure our standard of service are consistently executed at all times
- Perform cashiering function and daily housekeeping of merchandises

Requirements

- Form 5 or above with
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail and/or service industry
- Knowledge in POS system
- Experience with bakery is preferred
